What is the Research Team responsible for?
Mainly we work on research projects and supervise final theses of university graduates. We have various equipment and conduct experiments to test the performance of PHYSEC’s products.
Why do you like working at PHYSEC?
You have a lot of freedom and can personally contribute to many developments in the company. The hierarchy is very flat, so that we can implement a lot of things in our team in a very simple and uncomplicated way. This allows us to work very freely and productively.
How would you describe your team?
My team is still very young and inexperienced. We consist almost only of me and interns, so there is little experience in project management or in the documentation of project work. But through this "learning by doing" we continue to develop together and can thus optimally coordinate our working methods.
