What is the product development team responsible for?
We are the department responsible for software and hardware development at PHYSEC, so we develop the product that PHYSEC offers to its customers. Every day we solve real problems of our customers in a technically elegant way, thus contributing significantly to their success and thus to PHYSEC's success. We also plan a game night or Mario Kart tournament every now and then!
Why do you like working at PHYSEC?
At PHYSEC, you can develop very well and have the opportunity to look into the most diverse areas if you want to. You can develop very dynamically: both in breadth - i.e. across more than one topic - and in depth - i.e. down to the electron level, if needed. Everyone has the opportunity to have a personal influence on the success of the company and to bear responsibility.
What do you appreciate most about your team?
What I appreciate most is the loyalty of my teammates. There is huge support among each other, and we work as equals with a lot of respect and try to get a little better every day. Everyone is motivated and so the work is really cool.
