PHYSEC GmbH enables the Internet of Things (IoT) for companies in critical infrastructure sectors. Founded in 2016 as a spin-off of the Horst-Görtz Institute, we are among the innovation leaders in the field of IoT security. Our mission is to protect the entire IoT ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities on the PHYSEC Team:
Assisting with the preparation of customer-related documentation
Maintaining customer data and sales-related information
Supporting colleagues in day-to-day operations
What You Bring to the Table:
Enrolled student, ideally in a business or computer science-related field
Interest in B2B sales, customer management, and digital processes
A meticulous, structured, and reliable work style
Confident, friendly, and service-oriented communication
Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new tools, processes, and systems
Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ticketing systems such as Jira is a plus
Confidential and responsible handling of data
Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
