Your responsibilities on the PHYSEC team:
Assisting with purchasing and order processing, and further developing the procurement process
Supporting monthly and quarterly closings
Contributing to the further development of internal reporting
Preparing analyses and reports in Excel and PowerPoint
Promoting cross-departmental collaboration and communication
Performing administrative and organizational tasks
What you bring to the table:
You have at least one year left in your bachelor’s or master’s degree program
You have strong communication skills and are highly organized
You are a team player and work independently and in a structured manner
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You are fluent in German, and your written and spoken English is very good.
