Utility network operators are recognizing the potential of digitization. In the following cities, among others, we helped to provide the city with LPWAN technologies across the board.

Gelsenwasser AG, based in Gelsenkirchen, is one of the largest drinking water suppliers with its main supply area between the Ruhr and Lippe rivers. In addition to the development of the LoraWAN infrastructure in Gelsenkirchen, Gelsenwasser and PHYSEC also have strategic cooperation with a focus on digitalization and IT security.

On behalf of Stadtwerke Bochum, we are installing the LPWAN infrastructure in downtown Bochum to enable smart metering and lay the foundation for Bochum as a smart city.

Stadtwerke Haltern relies on our LoRaWAN infrastructures and the implemented TLS encryption to meet the strict requirements of the German Federal Office for Information Security as part of the critical infrastructure.

In Göttingen, we have established the local LoRaWAN network together with the municipal utility. We regularly receive valuable feedback from the user perspective from Stadtwerke Göttingen for the further development of our IoTree platform.
